All items are professionally packaged and sentd out using next day delivery service.
Returns Policy
We regret we can not offer a returns facility on printed items. However a 14 day return policy on items purchased from our ‘accesories’ department is permitted. If for any reason you are unhappy with your accessory product, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid.
The estimated date is based on receiving your images and text at the time of order.
The despatch date will also extend by 5 working days* if you have chosen to receive a hard copy proof.
At Promote Your Museum we recognise the need to despatch on time and have your order professionally packed and presented to you. We are dedicated to ensuring that every job we do is completed on time.
Orders are despatched on a next day courier service. See below for current delivery times. Promote Your Museum will send you an email confirming all details once your order has been placed.
